What I do
- Operations and process
- I map how work actually moves through your company, then fix the steps that break as you grow. What you get is written procedures, defined roles, and records you can stand behind later.
- Software and infrastructure
- I design and build systems myself — cloud infrastructure defined in code, internal tools, customer-facing applications, and the integrations between them. Small, documented, and maintainable by whoever comes after me.
- A second opinion before you commit
- An honest read on an architecture decision, a vendor quote, or a half-finished build, from someone who has shipped and then had to maintain the equivalent. Most useful before the money moves.
How I work
- One person, end to end
- You are hiring me, not a bench. There is no account manager between us and no junior doing the work under my name.
- A small piece of work first
- I would rather start with something short and defined than a long engagement. If the first piece is not useful, you stop there.
- I hand the system back
- Runbooks, architecture notes, and credentials you own. The goal is that you can run it, change it, and hire for it without me.
Scope
Saying this plainly saves us both a call.
- I do not sell, source, or broker product
- No supplier relationships to place with you and no margin in anything you buy. Consulting and education only.
- I am not an attorney or a licensed financial adviser
- Legal and financial advice are outside what I do, and I will say so rather than improvise. Where you need a licensed professional, I will tell you what kind.
- I do not pretend to be bigger than I am
- If the work genuinely needs a team, I will tell you and help you select or hire one, rather than bill you for a year of my time.
